   The humble beginning of the Baba Shri Chand public school was in 2004 and its foundation was laid by Mr Surinderpal Singh . The school is named after Baba Shri Chandji, the eldest son of respected Guru Nanak Devji and is administered by Shri Udasin Acharya Baba Shri Chand Educational society with the aim of imparting quality education to the masses. They strongly believe that a child cannot be forced to learn but require a gentle guidance and innovative directions which amuses their minds and enhances the process of learning. The essentials, that is to groom the child appropriately so that they are ready to tackle every obstacle is of utmost priority. Baba Shri Chand Educational society stays true to its ideals and aims, and provides the maximum of its best.

Baba Shri Chand Public School is a special place, where the student body, parents, teaching and non-teaching- staff work together with a common mission and shared goals to provide an enabling environment for learning. Learning is perennial and learning process happens all over; be it home or school. Of course, one of the biggest challenges lies ahead of us is to shape the young and  impressionable minds.
